1. Integrated Production Process
This machine offers a complete "raw material to finished product" solution, automating the entire manufacturing process in one compact and efficient unit.
Raw Material Loading & Folding: Automatically feeds from a non-woven fabric roll and folds the material to the specified size.
Online Liquid Dosing: A precision pump system applies the liquid formula evenly and accurately onto the folded fabric.
Automatic Cutting: The continuously fed, moistened fabric is precisely cut into individual wipes.
Feeding & Film Forming: The cut wipe is transferred and inserted into a tubular film, which is formed from a roll of packaging material by a former.
Sealing & Cutting (Pillow Pack): The machine performs a longitudinal back seal, followed by transverse end seals and cutting, to create a fully sealed, classic pillow-pack sachet.
