1.Fabric Feeding & Slitting: A large roll of non-woven fabric is fed and slit into multiple lanes.
2.Folding & Stacking: Each lane of fabric is folded and then precisely cut and stacked by a servo-controlled system to achieve the exact piece count (1 to 10 pieces).
3.Liquid Impregnation: The stacked wipes are dosed with a precise amount of liquid formula from the adjacent stainless steel mixing tank.
4.Sachet Forming & Sealing: The moistened stack is dropped into a V-folded packaging film. The machine then performs vertical side sealing and horizontal top/bottom sealing, creating a secure four-side sealed flat pack.
5.Final Cut & Discharge: A cutter separates the individual packs, which are then discharged via a conveyor belt for collection.
